Bird's Eye reView is
an online journal of contemporary narrative poetry. We are enamored with slices of life conveyed in compelling ways. Our vision
is to be a home for poetry that shakes people, wakes them up, makes them laugh, cry, or dream.
Some poets whose
work we enjoy include Mary Oliver, Elizabeth Bishop, Li-Young Lee, James Wright, W.S. Merwin, Jane Kenyon, and Billy Collins.
Published bi-annually in January and July, the review is currently a small endeavor with hopes to expand
in the future. We regret that we are unable to pay contributors at this time.
